It all started with a bath mat.
Erin Brown got her start in NYC pedaling Xerox equipment while moonlighting as a stand up comic. Four day jobs, a handful of TV & radio commercials, and countless comedy performances later, Erin headed to Hollywood and began crashing events with her personal red carpet doing tongue & cheek interviews. This stunt evolved into an award-winning webseries ‘Hot on the Red Carpet’ which featured some pretty famous faces. While fun and exhilarating the hustle was not very profitable and also exhausting. Erin shifted the focus of her talent and now helps people looking to supercharge the vibe of their events by providing customized and unforgettable 'hot red carpet' experiences which extend to live and virtual emcee performance as well as hosting team bonding games like SURVEY SAYZ, (a spin off of a popular game show that rhymes with Mamily Mood). Stress causes 80 percent of illness, so all of Erin's work centers on increasing the levity of any occasion adding value that feels good.
Meet Erin Brown
As the CEO of her own company, Hot Red Carpet, Erin works as a speaker, host, facilitator, and confidence coach helping individuals and groups step into their spotlight. Services include Survey Sayz, a high energy, fun and fast paced team bonding game hosted by Erin; Building Your Red Carpet Confidence, interactive group teaching sessions; Hot Red Carpet Live, welcome committee capturing live red carpet interviews with VIPS (aka all event attendees); speaker appearances; and one-on-one confidence coaching.
With 20 years of comedy experience paired with her time working in the corporate world, Erin understands the need for people to connect, feel valued, play, and be uplifted. Stress causes 80 percent of illness, so all of Erin's work centers on increasing the levity of any occasion adding value that feels good. Clients on her roster include UNITED AIRLINES, PFIZER, IFF, MURAD, HOULIHAN LOKEY, NETSCOUT, FOUNDATION MEDICINE, & TACALA. She encourages everyone to stop and notice the daily Red Carpet moments.

WHERE IT STARTED…
As the recipient of the prestigious award “Most Talkative” in 8th grade, Erin Brown, was born to be a comedic red carpet interviewer. Upon winning another big award, “Space Cadet”, in high school, she knew her bubbly personality could disram anyone. She went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from Boston College with a Marketing and Spanish degree becoming a professional comedian and actress. Makes sense so far, right? (Confused? So were her parents…)
IDEAS FORMED…
This tapestry of experience led her to carry her own Red Carpet conducting tongue and cheek interviews winning her yet another coveted award, Best Hosted Web Series ITV Fest. This evolved into a business serving up out-of-the-box red carpet interviews at private affairs from weddings to corporate events.
IDEAS WERE BUILT…
In 2020 when the Red Carpet began really rolling and the world closed, Erin parlayed her natural emcee skills and began serving up Survey Sayz to organizations desperate for virtual team bonding that was inclusive, engaging and something people actually wanted to turn off Netflix and attend. That’s when our “Space Cadet” of New Jersey saw folks struggling in front of the camera and created the Red Carpet Confidence workshop.
WHERE WE ARE TODAY…
Now that the world re-opened her doors, Erin and her team inspire folks to step in the spotlight by having fun whether on the red carpet, behind a game show buzzer, or in front of their webcam. Hot Red Carpet wants people to show up because it believes no one should underestimate their own impact

Fun Factz About Erin Brown
She’s a Jersey girl by heart with a Cali soul.
Growing up she summered in a convent in Queens.
She won the lottery when she was 17. She’d been playing the same numbers for years. Her parents had to collect the winnings because she was underage. (4-5-8-11-12-38 in case you were wondering.)
She was voted 'Most Talkative' in 8th grade.
She was voted 'Space Cadet' of her high school class.
She graduated with honors from college and a massive hangover.
Her car is named Mave, short for Maverick.
She has a line of greeting cards she will market some day.
She firmly believes every human can benefit from taking an improv class. At the very least it will boost their confidence. Seriously, if you haven't taken improv, she dares you!
